Our Promise to You While no breeder can guarantee a dog will stay healthy forever, we guarantee that each puppy is carefully selected and raised with the highest standards of care. Our puppies come from strong genetic backgrounds, and we work tirelessly to ensure their health, happiness, and well-being. To underscore this commitment, we proudly offer a lifetime health guarantee—a clear statement of our long-term responsibility to our customers and our dedication to maintaining the highest breeding standards. In addition, we offer transport insurance that covers 100% of the shipping costs for your new puppy up to the amount of the original delivery charge. Puppy Health Guarantee We sincerely hope you never have to use our health guarantee, but we want you to know that we are here to help should any concerns arise. From the moment your new companion comes home, they will become part of your family. If a health issue ever arises, we will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the support you deserve. Our health guarantee includes: A detailed health record, including vaccinations, provided at the time of sale. A mandatory veterinary check-up within 10 days of purchase to confirm your puppy's health. If a licensed veterinarian determines within 10 days of purchase that your puppy has a pre-existing condition or birth defect, you can choose one of the following options: Return the puppy for a full refund of the purchase price.* Exchange the puppy for another of equal value.* Keep the puppy and be reimbursed for medical treatment (up to the purchase price).* What should I do if I discover a health issue? If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a congenital or hereditary condition that affects its well-being within 30 days of purchase, you can exercise the same options listed above. Here's how the guarantee works: You must notify us within two business days of receiving the veterinarian's diagnosis. Otherwise, the guarantee is void. A written letter from your veterinarian (on official letterhead) must confirm the diagnosis. Refunds or refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the veterinarian's documentation. Our Genetic Health Guarantee If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic disorder within one year of birth, we will: Cover the cost of treatment up to the purchase price Require a signed statement from a veterinarian confirming the disorder Retain the right to consult your veterinarian to confirm the diagnosis This Genetic Health Guarantee does not cover: Contagious diseases, internal/external parasites, or injuries Any health condition disclosed at the time of purchase Registration Guarantee If we promise registration papers at the time of sale but do not provide them within 120 days, you may: Return the puppy for a full refund Keep the puppy and receive 50% of the purchase price back *These options do not apply if the buyer was notified in writing of any pre-existing health conditions at the time of purchase.
